Cancellation policy
There is no tenant protection (tenant is liable for damages incurred itself).
In case of withdrawal, the following cancellation fees apply:
• 20% of the total price from the conclusion of the contract and up to 60 days before the start of the journey
• From 59 to 30 days before departure 40% of the total price
• from 29 to 8 days before departure: 80% of the total price
• from 7 days before departure to not show: 100% of the total price.
The resignation must be in writing, the date of receipt is decisive. The customer has the opportunity to prove that a lesser or no damage was incurred.
We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The house is located on the Costa Calma (quiet coast), the narrowest point on Fuerteventura. Costa Calma is one of the tourist resorts of Fuerteventura, with many shopping, dining and leisure options. The object, owns one of the best places on this coastline (only private facilities). The light sandy beach begins here almost to the end of the island in Morro Jable.
