Cancellation policy
In the case of a cancellation, Coquelicot charges an allowance of up to 6 weeks before the occupancy date, which is 30% of the total rental amount and then 100% of the total rental amount. If Coquelicot succeeds in letting the object to be rented in the time initially booked by you after receipt of the cancellation notice, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered on request by a travel cancellation insurance.

Sehr schönes Haus in Alleinlage. Sehr sauber und ordentlich. Alles vorhanden, 2 Kühlschränke, Waschmaschine, vollständig ausgestattete Küche. Komplett eingezäunt sodass unsere Hunde frei laufen konnten. Großartige Terrasse, Pool, Liegen, alles was man braucht im Urlaub. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca. 10 min. mit dem Auto in Apt. Eine ideale Lage für viele tolle Ausflüge in der näheren Umgebung. Das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig gelegen. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.

Der Urlaub hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Er war erholsam. Die Gegend war sehr schön. Das Haus und die Einrichtung waren prima. Ein kleines Manko war das Tekk Festival in Apt an einem Wochenende. Das war ganz schön laut.
