Dieses freistehende Haus mit privatem Pool liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Supermarkt auf 1250 Metern.
Das Haus verfügt über einen privaten Parkplatz für 1 Auto, der durch ein Tor verschlossen werden kann.
Es gibt eine Alarmanlage, die den Garten und die Fenster sichert.
Der Garten ist gepflegt und mit einer Sprinkleranlage ausgestattet, die jeden Abend (gegen Mitternacht) funktioniert ) Gras und die Pflanzen mit Wasser. Dadurch entsteht ein frischgrüner Garten mit dem Nachteil, dass die Füße nach dem Barfußlaufen auf dem Gras leicht schlammig sind....dieses wird ins Haus gebracht oder mit den Handtüchern gereinigt. Der Garten ist nach hinten geschlossen mit einem Sieb von 160 cm Höhe. Die Pflanzen sind zu niedrig, um Ihre Privatsphäre zu gewährleisten. Hinter dem Garten verläuft eine Straße, auf der täglich etwa 20 Autos, Motorräder und Fußgänger vorbeifahren. Das Becken ist vorne etwa 150 cm tief und hinten 15 cm tiefer. Keine flache Zone, wo z.B. Kinder können stehen. Zugang zum Schwimmbecken über 1 Leiter oder Ausbuchtung. Ausziehbare Plane zur Abdeckung des Schwimmbeckens – ist nicht verankert – daher ist die Bedienung alleine eher schwierig. Pumpeneinbau-Skimmer in einer Einheit, eingebaut in den Schwimmbeckenrand, so dass die Pumpe gut hörbar – aber nicht störend – ihre Arbeit verrichtet. Die Wassertemperatur könnte etwas höher sein – unserer Meinung nach gibt es keine Wärmepumpe oder Heizung.
Erwarten Sie ein Haus mit einer etwas veralteten Innenausstattung. Küche OK – Backofen – Mikrowelle – großer Kühl- und Gefrierschrank – Cerankochfeld – elektrisch. Abstellraum mit neuem Waschmaschinen-Wäscheständer .
Badezimmer mit zwei Waschbecken und Badewanne – rosa Farbe. Der Badewannenabfluss war nur lose darin (Dreck) und der Duschvorhang weist unten über die gesamte Länge sowie in der Mitte Stockflecken auf – das ist wirklich nicht in Ordnung!! Zu wenige Handtücher vorhanden (2 große und 2 kleine). Sollte doppelt sein – ein Set für das Badezimmer und ein Set für den Außenbereich.
Zwei Schlafzimmer, jedes mit einem schmalen (!) Doppelbett. Harte Matratze (für meinen Geschmack) - schlechtes Kissen!! Bett mit hervorstehendem Fußende über der Matratze, gegen das ein Erwachsener von mehr als 1,80 m sitzt = störend.
Ein wichtiger Nachteil ist die Anwesenheit vieler Mücken!! Jedes Mal, wenn Sie nach draußen gehen, werden Sie angegriffen – das Besprühen mit Abschreckungsmittel ist immer erforderlich. Ein Stich dieser kleinen Teufel verursacht schwere Beulen und tagelangen Juckreiz. Eine Belüftung des Hauses ist daher nicht möglich. Viele Mieter haben dieses Problem bereits angesprochen und den dringenden Bedarf an insektenresistenten Türen oder Fensterrahmen mit Moskitonetz geäußert... daher gibt es leider immer noch keine !!
Bettwäsche, die mit 10 Euro/Bett zu bezahlen ist. Wenn die Größe angegeben ist, kann diese auf Wunsch des Mieters mitgebracht werden.
Preis/Qualität, dieses Haus ist in Ordnung, vorbehaltlich der Verbesserung einiger oben erwähnter Kommentare. Normalerweise würde ich mit angemessen bewerten, aber das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ermöglicht es mir, zwischen angemessen und gut zu bleiben.

Das Haus hat nur 2 Schlafzimmer und nicht 3 wie in der Anzeige.
Das dritte Zimmer, in dem sich das Zustellbett befindet, ist eine Veranda, auf der im Sommer kein Kind schlafen kann. In der Woche, in der wir dort waren, hatten wir in diesem Raum über 40 Grad.
Die Kochplatte funktioniert nicht, das Schwimmbad ist in einem schlechten Zustand, die Folie blättert stellenweise ab.
