Located on the top of a hill in Sigoulès, France, this mansion with 3 bedrooms, an equipped kitchen, enclosed garden, a terrace, and a private pool is ideal for large families and groups.

While staying here, you can head to the world-famous prehistoric caves at Le Bugue and Les Eyzies are about 50 km away. Tennis courts, river, water sports, and bike rentals are 300 m away. For horse riding, you have to go 500 m away. Supermarkets and restaurants are 1.5 km away.

Wunderschönes Haus und tolle Lage. Die Instandhaltung des Hauses hinkt hinterher. In Bezug auf Möbel und Stil veraltet. Völlig privat, wenn sich im rechten Haus keine Mieter befinden. Super große Zimmer. Der Pool war nicht beheizt. Ich vermute, dass die Wärmepumpe defekt ist/war. Während der Woche, die wir gemietet haben, wurde in den Skimmern oder im Schwimmbad kein zusätzliches Chlor gereinigt. Wir haben das selbst gemacht.
Die letzten 2 Tage hatten wir keinen Zugang zum amerikanischen Kühlschrank. Wir konnten den Kühlschrank des 2. Hauses in 50m Entfernung nutzen.

Ungeachtet dieser Probleme hatten wir einen angenehmen Urlaub. Schade nur, dass dieses Gebäude etwas sich selbst überlassen bleibt.
Der Empfang und die Kommunikation mit Frau Coudert waren großartig.

schöne Aussicht von der Terrasse, beheizter Pool. Die Lage grenzt an die Weinberge. Sehr schöne Spaziergänge in der Gegend, Bergerac ist etwa 12 km entfernt, wo alle großen Supermärkte zu finden sind. In Segoules kleiner Supermarkt, Geldautomat und Tankstelle. Sehr empfehlenswert für Ruhesuchende. Durch die sehr dicken Wände bleibt das Haus kühl.

Sehr schöne Umgebung und gut gelegene Villa. Wunderschöne Aussicht auf ein Weinschloss und keine „Störung“ durch die Nachbarn. Der beheizte Pool war angenehm und recht groß. Das Haus selbst ist groß und geräumig.
Dabei sind einige Punkte zu beachten:
Die Matratzen sind wirklich nicht (mehr) bequem;
Das Haus war bei der Ankunft kalt und feucht und ließ sich nur schwer über den Holzofen im Wohnzimmer heizen. Mit der Zeit wurden wir immer geschickter darin, die Wärme von außen nach innen zu „einfangen“, was dazu führte, dass die Schlafzimmer von 15 auf 18 Grad anstiegen;
Die Abluft im Badezimmer funktioniert nicht richtig, trotz Öffnen des Fensters nach dem Duschen konnte ab Tag 4 die Schimmelbildung nicht verhindert werden;
Wir waren die ersten Mieter, die nach der Winterperiode noch etwas länger im Haus blieben, die Abflüsse hatten damit zu kämpfen.

Trotz dieser Punkte hatten wir dennoch einen schönen Aufenthalt, wir geben der Unterkunft eine 7, die mit ein paar einfachen Anpassungen leicht zu einer 8+ werden könnte.
