The Family Villa is very suitable for families with children because it's completely independent with its own private and fenced garden, located in a quiet place inside the property of our farm.
The Family Villa is located only a few meters from our new pool, 21 mt long, with tropical umbrellas and sun beds. In the park of the farm you can also find a volleyball ground (with sand), football ground, table tennis and a corner with some plays for kids. We are only 5 minutes far from the beach.
Special features
The Villa is fully equipped for outdoor meals, and the park, which extends for 10 hectares, makes the Seaside Farm perfect for children’s games. Surrounding the park are 50 hectares of vineyards and olive groves belonging to Podere; wine and olive oil products can be purchased at the farm.
We are located in a strategic position: the beach is just a five minute drive away and our guests can easily return in the late afternoon to enjoy the cool air and quietness by the pool and in the park surrounding the farmhouse.
We are on a very strategic location, only a few minutes from the beach. We have here more than 20 km of sandy beaches, you can reach each day a new one. We are also near the village where you could find supermarkets, many restaurants and all kind of shops.
