The new, luxurious and beautiful Villa Lord's House is situated on the edge of a small village in the heart of Istria. The whole plot is fenced (new 1.6 meter high fence) and private. In the cozy garden, surrounded only by green nature, there is a large swimming pool. Sunbeds and parasols are everywhere. A gazebo, with a large table and a charcoal grill, is placed directly above the pool.
The villa is ideal for families with children and pets, with plenty of space for up to 17 people, privacy and parking.
The entire interior is air-conditioned - each bedroom has its own air conditioning.
On the ground floor there is a kitchen, living room, dining room and one bedroom. There are three more bedrooms on the first floor, and two more bedrooms are on the second floor.
Parking spaces and free internet are available.
For families with children there is a cot and high chair.
The house is thoroughly cleaned, additional soap and disinfectant are available.

Žminj is the centre of Istria. Small town filled with good people. Many good restaurants, beautiful nature, small, charming shops. It is really quiet and so close to all other places in Istria. As a historical crossroads offers routes to reach all important places: such as: Rovinj, Porec, Rabac, Ucka.
Zminj is a beautiful and quiet environment that can only be credited to the Rasa valley and the Limska Draga Cove.

In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2023 or 2024.
The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation.
