Holiday destination
The environment of the house certainly belongs to one of the most picturesques and breathtaking regions of Southwest Kerry. Green fields with hundreds of sheep, the lush nature, the rugged mountains and the wild Atlantic coast with its small coves and sandy beaches. Small grocery shop, petrol station, souvenir shop and pubs are in Caherdaniel - about three kilometers from the house. Some Golf Corses / Links close by.
Getting there
The holiday house is located Bunavalla/ Derrynane, about three kilometres off the famous     "Ring of Kerry & Wild Atlantic Way" between Waterville and Caher-daniel overlooking  Ballinskelligs Bay with its many small offshore islands and rocks. The region is part of the "Kerry Dark Sky Reserve" with no light pollution at all, but with millions of stars in clear nights.

Ein sehr sauberes, wunderbares kleines Häuschen, mit traumhafter Aussicht. Dank detailliertem Plan und der Unterstützung von Marie Anne und ihrem Mann, konnten wir unser Domizil sogar in tiefster Finsternis finden. Ungeübte Autofahrer, sollten jedoch bei Tag anreisen. Die Schlüsselübergaben verliefen unkompliziert und trotz mangelhafter Englischkenntnissen, blieb keine Frage offen- da sind Profis bei der Sache. Das Doppelbett ist eher etwas für ein schlankes Paar (wir sind eher etwas flauschiger), aber sonst ist es perfekt für 2 Personen. Wir haben nichts vermisst und können es mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Die Lage ist wundervoll, die Einrichtung unglaublich gemütlich und angenehm, die Umgebung herrlich entschleunigend und die Vermieter vor Ort sehr freundlich, offen und hilfsbereit. Mit allem, was man (auch für einen längeren) Aufenthalt benötigt, erscheint mir dieses Häuschen auch ideal für eine längere Auszeit. Die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer und den beiden Schlafzimmern ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön, beruhigend und inspirierend. Sehr gerne werden wir wieder in dieses Haus kommen.
