The 60m² holiday apartment features a kitchen-living room with satellite TV and WiFi. It is equipped with an electric stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and a washing machine in the basement.
With attention to detail, our two rooms (one double and one triple room) are also furnished - each with its own bathroom. Additionally, the holiday apartment has its own small garden.
Large idyllic garden with swing, slide, table tennis, trampoline, slackline, and sandbox, sunbathing lawn for sunbathing, reading, and relaxing.

Our farm, home to the holiday apartment, is nestled among lush green meadows and forests, offering views of the picturesque mountain panorama of the Zillertal Alps. What's unique with us is not just the location, but also the peace and the well-deserved rest that both adults and children find on our farm.
Head towards South Tyrol - over the Brenner Pass - exit at Brixen towards Pustertal/Bruneck/ direction Ahrntal. Follow the main road into the Ahrntal valley. At the end of St. Johann, about 100m after the Mineral Museum (at the level of the small chapel), turn right into the driveway - then again right - follow the road through fields and meadows, then up a small hill to our farm.

In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
3 months to 1 month before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the travel price.
1 month to 1 week before arrival, the fee is 90%, and for cancellations within the last week before arrival, the fee is 100%.
In the event of early departure, we regret to inform you that we must charge for the booked days.
