The 80m2 holiday apartment features a large eat-in kitchen with a traditional South Tyrolean farmers' stove, TV, and Wi-Fi. It is equipped with an electric stove, oven, extractor hood, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and a guest washing machine in the basement. Our rooms (one double or triple room) are also furnished with attention to detail - both with their own bathroom. There is a third bathroom in the entrance area, as there are two more sleeping options in the living area.

Our farm is nestled amidst lush, green meadows and forests, offering a view of the picturesque mountain panorama of the Zillertal Alps. From the balcony of the apartment "Hochrain," you have a unique view of our local mountain, the "Großer Löffler" (3379m). What's unique with us is not only the location but also the tranquility and the associated, well-deserved rest that both adults and children find on our farm.
