Villa 'R' is located just before the fishing village of Cannobio, approximately 1 km from the center and about 2 kilometers beyond the Swiss border. The renowned luxury location 'Ascona' is in the immediate vicinity (about 8 km).
The detached house (approx. 100 sqm) has a large garden that extends to the lake and two private parking spaces next to the house.
The house has 3 bedrooms (2 with box spring double beds and air conditioning), 2 bathrooms with shower, bidet, and washing machine, a well-equipped kitchen with Jura and Nespresso coffee machines, and a cozy living room with a large TV and wood-burning stove. From the living room and one bedroom, you can access the large terrace with lake view, which is partially covered.
In the whirlpool, which is always heated to 38 degrees Celsius, you can also enjoy the magnificent view over the lake...
On the large lake terraces, which are for private use, you can enjoy the sun until late in the evening and jump into the lake as often as you like.
On the side of the terraces, you can enter the lake via steps with a handrail.
Due to the unique location directly on the lake, the coastal road passes behind the house.
The parking lot is next to the house and is closed by a gate.
Ideal for captains - boat buoy in front of the lake terrace. The free slipway is located in the village, about 1 km from the house.
Special feature: The house is equipped with central heating (gas) and a wood-burning stove for the cooler days!
