Holiday destination
Castino is located 560m a.s.l., which also ensures a pleasant climate during the summer months that benefits your recovery. The surrounding area of the Alta Langa is characterised by its unique and authentic charm. The effect the region has on visitors is like persistently taking deep, relieving breaths as looking out on a panorama of calm, gentle hills dotted with countless small topographic textures.
Getting there
Directions to Castino: Exit Asti towards Cuneo/Alba on the motorway until you reach the exit Isola d'Asti, continue towards Santo Stefano, in Santo Stefano drive approx. 15 km through the Belbo Valley, turn left at the intersection Savona/Alba towards Savona, after approx. 5 km you've arrived in Castino. In the village you want to turn right, drive up a steep road for about 50 metres, keep to the left where you'll see a gravel parking lot with a gate - you've arrived at Casa Artista. Have a good trip! P.S.: If you use GPS navigation, once you're in the Belbo Valley, the GPS will show you the shortest route to Castino, but these roads are extremely narrow and not recommended if you're not familiar with the area.
