Our luxurious, detached vacation villa, is not only wonderfully close to the beach and 10-20 meters from the dunes of Curnic, but is also very comfortably furnished. The house has been completely renovated. Equipped with a modern, new kitchen, 2 bathrooms and an individually and privately usable, light-flooded SPA area with sauna and Jacuzzi as well as another shower. Ideal for more demanding guests with 4 - 8 persons. Arrive with your family or friends; with your surfboard or your dog, for each of you there is a beautiful vacation home with approx. 450 m² garden, which is completely fenced in and is only used by you alone. Brand new is the 50m² wooden deck. Our house is in a wonderful location.
By the way, Brittany with its mild climate, spoiled by the Gulf Stream, is worth a trip in every season. Especially our SPA area makes guests totally independent of the weather. The pleasant Jacuzzi and the relaxing sauna always provide a great and relaxing vacation atmosphere, regardless of the season.
The Villa Vacance AVEL MOR is a building in neo-Breton style. For example, the granite blocks typical of Brittany line the doors and windows. Also typical are the three dormer windows and the roof covered with natural slate. We wanted to keep this style during our renovation. Thus the house adapts inconspicuously to the environment. Inside, however, we made many changes during the renovation work, which was not completed until April 2015. A new kitchen and two new bathrooms were created, the living room with its original Breton granite fireplace was completely redesigned, as were the four bedrooms.
Absolutely the most important part of the renovation was the SPA area. An old "Grenier" has been transformed into a light-filled area, where you can always find peace and relaxation, even if it seems a bit more uncomfortable outside. Large skylights were installed to gain skylight, the ceilings were removed to create a bright room over four meters high. The large Jacuzzi is located in the center of the room, we have created another spacious shower area and a sauna in a part of the SPA area that is a little lower than the ceiling height. Brand new from 2020 is the huge wooden deck (50m²) - the terrace is directly in front of the house.

Ideal environment for kitesurfers and windsurfers, as well as other water sports fans, great jogging possibilities around our house.
Our beautiful vacation home is situated only 10-20 meters from the dunes of Curnic. Just behind it - surely one of the most beautiful, fine sandy beaches of the Nordfinistères extends. Not seldom you will experience turquoise, clear water at the 'Plage - Grève - du Vougot'. Also the sunsets are breathtakingly beautiful and colorful!
When the water and the wind are blowing, the 'Plage du Vougot' is popular with kite surfers and wind surfers. If you don't surf yourself, you should pay attention to this impressive sport.
Our house is located in the climatically unique, Breton Finistère, between Guisseny and Plouguerneau.
The port city of Brest is quickly reached by car and is about 30 km away in south-west direction from ' Avel Mor'.
The port city of Brest offers not only shopping and restaurants, but also the famous 'Oceanopolis' (the aquarium park) next to the marina, which you should definitely visit.
In addition to Brest, the ferry town of Roscoff with its old British granite houses promises to be a great place to visit. Here the big ferries start and land (through the English Channel) to nearby England or even to Ireland. Roscoff is located about 40 km east of Guissény. If you don't want to book a crossing to England right away, visit the 'Ile de Batz', the boats are always running.
In the near surroundings around Guissény there are some small towns like Plouescat, Lannilis or Lesneven. Visit the weekly markets there!
The location in Finistère is a guarantee for fresh fish and wonderful seafood. Just a few kilometers from Guissény, the famous oysters of 'Aber Wrac'h' and 'Aber Benoit' are cultivated; some claim the best oysters in Finisère.
No matter by which means of transport you arrive, neither the international airport, the TGV station, nor the highway are more than 30 km away.
The region is easily accessible by car, train, TGV and air.
Your holiday destination is located in the north of Finistère, about 30 km northeast of Brest.
The house can always be occupied on the day of arrival from 4.30 p.m. - the departure time is in the main season until 10 a.m., so that our cleaning team has enough time to prepare the house very clean again.
You will receive detailed directions and a contact telephone number where you can call on the day of arrival - of course we will speak German with you on the phone.
Often the approach leads via Paris - and it is usually a good idea to bypass Paris! My tip is to take the Francilienne from Marne la Vallée roughly in the direction of Bordeaux. The Fancillienne is a little longer in terms of distance, but you usually save a lot of time as you are spared traffic jams around and in Paris.
The route continues to Le Mans and via Laval to Rennes. From Laval you drive about 300 km free of charge on the RN 12 / E 50. After St. Brieuc you will reach Morlaix.
From Morlaix you have about one hour to drive until you arrive. I will personally meet you or one of my colleagues at the villa to hand over the keys. Please call me briefly when you reach Morlaix, so that the handover is punctual and uncomplicated.

Cancellation of the rental contract
1. IGW reserves the right to withdraw from the rental agreement in the event that the deposit, balance payment and security deposit agreed in the rental agreement are not received by the tenant in due time to the account of IGW (bank details according to the rental agreement). Furthermore, the lessor has the right to withdraw from the contract in the event that the rented property cannot be used for exceptional reasons (storm damage, etc.). Claims going beyond the reimbursement of the rental price (e.g. for damages) are excluded. 2.
2. The termination of the rental contract by the Hirer must be made in writing. In the event of cancellation, IGW will charge the Hirer a lump sum of 230 EUR to compensate for the additional expenses incurred. The renter is allowed to prove that IGW had costs for the processing of a lower amount. In addition, the Hirer must pay for the damage incurred by the Owner as a result of the cancellation. IGW will attempt to re-let the rental period. If the complete period is successfully re-let on the same terms as the cancelled agreement, the tenant will not incur any costs other than the cost of processing. If IGW is unsuccessful in re-letting all or part of the cancelled period, IGW will charge the Hirer a liquidated damages charge as follows. A damage lump sum of 30% of the rental amount will be charged if the tenant cancels the booking in the period after conclusion of the rental agreement up to 10 weeks before arrival. If the tenant cancels the booking in the period between 10 and 4 weeks before arrival, a damage lump sum of 60% of the rental amount will be charged. If the booking is cancelled within the period of 28 days up to the date of arrival, the Hirer is obliged to pay the full rental amount, less any own expenses saved by the Rental Firm (a flat rate of 5% of the rental amount). With IGW's consent, the Tenant may procure a replacement tenant who will assume the rights and obligations of the Tenancy Agreement. IGW recommends taking out travel cancellation insurance just in case.
