This holiday home has been inspected and evaluated according to country-specific criteria. The award was given by a tourism organisation. Depending on the equipment and service, the accommodation is awarded one to five stars - from simple to first-class.
The new and modernly furnished apartment "Gebhard" is located on the ground floor and basement, boasting a living space of approximately 150 m². On the ground floor, there is a large open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a fireplace with a stove bench, and a cozy lounge area, as well as a spacious dining area. This floor also houses two bathrooms and a double bedroom. In the basement, there is a double bedroom with access to the terrace, a triple bedroom, and a twin bedroom. All rooms are equipped with satellite TV. There is a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer and parking spaces directly at the property. Additionally, there is a small private soccer field and a ground-level trampoline right by the house.
In our house, there's another apartment suitable for 2-9 guests. During the summer (from June to early October), the Summer Card is included. It's a great starting point for all kinds of activities (skiing, hiking, climbing, outdoor sports, ...).

Peace, relaxation, family-friendliness, mushroom picking, sunbathing, quiet yet central location in the middle of the Ötztal.
We are located in the center of Umhausen and in the heart of the Ötztal valley. From the house, you can reach restaurants, a supermarket, and a bakery within a few minutes' walk.
In winter, the ski resorts of Sölden, Hochoetz-Küthai, and Obergurgl-Hochgurgl are easily accessible by car or ski bus. You can start winter hiking and cross-country skiing right from the house.
In the summer, you can start your hikes directly from the house, and the Umhausen swimming lake, as well as the Ötzi Village and the Stuibenfall waterfall, are in the immediate vicinity. Summer Card included.
Take the Ötztal federal road B 186 to Umhausen / turn at the 2nd entrance at the Kapferer car dealership / turn towards Tauferpuit / the house with the coat of arms of the Tyrolean eagle, on the left side at the end of the street.
