Cancellation policy
The cancellation fees for the rental property are as follows:
if you cancel up to the 90th day before the start of the trip, 20% of the rental price,
if you cancel from the 89th to the 60th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental price,
if you cancel from the 59th to the 30th day before the start of the trip, 50% of the rental price,
from the 29th day before the start of the trip, 90% of the rental price.
In case of no-show or interruption of the trip, 100% will be charged.
The processing fee for a cancellation is 52 EUR.

Zurück aus dem Urlaub ein kurzes feedback !!
Die Ruhe ( bis auf die Brandung und singende Vögel ) , die Lage und der Ausblick , und auch die
Ausstattung - ganz toll und auch die Betreuung vor Ort.
Verliebt haben wir uns auch noch in Garachico - ein liebevolles Städtchen.
Wir haben den Urlaub genossen und können nur voll des Lobes " Danke " sagen.

Wir waren total begeistert....Die Finca ist der Hammer....dieser Ausblick....absolute Ruhe....man hört nur das Meer und die Vögel...Sonne satt...so viel Platz....der Weg durch die Bananenplantage bis zum " Aussichtspunkt " mit Sitzgelegenheiten und Aussendusche :-)
Wir haben jeden Morgen auf der Terrasse gefrühstückt und den herrlichen Ausblick genossen...
Von der Vermittlung bis zur Schlüsselübergabe hat alles reibungslos geklappt...
Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen !!!!
