Our comfortable holiday apartment is the result of a modern conversion, executed with love and taste. The 77 m² self catering apartment offers one bed room with a double bed, a spacious dining space with attached living area sofa bed included, a kitchen, an anteroom with a sofa bed, a bathroom with shower, a toilet, a terrace, Sat-TV, internet and a parking lot right in front of the house.

The surroundings are attracting with sporty and cultural activities both in summer and in winter.

The bike route of the "Ironman Austria" is directly in front of our house.
Schiefling is the picturesque neighboring town of sophisticated Velden and lies embedded between the Woerthersee and the Keutschacher See.
The center of Schiefling offers a range of shopping facilities, a bank with ATM, a hairdresser and rent a bike stations as well as public transport links and medical care.
The Woerthersee (Lido Schiefling) is within 7 minutes by car and the very idyllic Keutschacher See, with nudist area, is situated only 8 km away.
A2 Suedautobahn, exit Velden West - continue towards Selpritsch - continue towards St. Egyden - after the church turn left towards Kathreinkogel.

The cancellation is free of charge 3 months prior to the date of arrival. We shall repay the prepayment (possible bank fees have to be paid by the tenant and will be deducted).
Cancellations made up to 30 days before arrival date 25% of the rental rate will be charged.
Cancellations made up to 10 days before arrival date 50% of the rental rate will be charged.
Cancellations made after this point in time 75% of the rental rate will be charged.
Beach package with free entry to 10 beaches included.
Children-discount: For additional persons under 16 years add € 12,00 per child per night.
A heating fee must be paid during the colder months (01st October – 30th April):
€ 50,00 for stays up to 7 days
€ 70,00 for stays from 7 to 10 days
€ 95,00 for stays from 10 to 14 days
