The holiday apartment "Kuhstall" is located in our farmhouse - precisely in the former cow barn, and spans two floors. On the ground floor, you enter the cozy main room through the spacious wooden terrace. Here you'll find the kitchen equipped with both a modern induction stove and a snug old wood stove, as well as the living area with a comfortable corner bench and a tiled stove. Beyond the main room, there is a small hallway and the stairs to the upper floor, as well as the toilet (which also houses a washing machine). From the main room, you also access the spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, two separate sinks, another toilet, and of course, the very important feature - the private sauna made of reclaimed wood. The upper floor contains two bedrooms and in front of them, a large balcony.

The chicken coop is located within our farm complex, on Unkenberg. It sits atop a hill with a view of the surrounding mountains. In the town 3 km away, you can find all daily necessities. Nearby, there are several ski areas (ranging from the small family-friendly Heutal ski resort to the vast Saalbach Hinterglemm ski circus). The festival city of Salzburg is just under 50 minutes away. Whether you want to visit the thermal baths, go skiing, hiking, or simply relax on your own terrace – you decide every day.

The tenant can cancel the rental agreement free of charge up to 90 days before the arrival date. If this is the case, the deposit will be refunded minus a processing fee of 15% of the rental amount. If the tenant cancels between 90 to 60 days before the arrival date, a cancellation fee of 30% of the rental price (the deposit) is due. In case of cancellation 60 days or less before the arrival date or on the arrival date itself, the entire rental price remains due. The decisive factor is the receipt of your notification by the landlord, the Soder family (if it's a Sunday or public holiday, the next working day is decisive). If we manage to rent the booked or cancelled capacity to other guests, the cancellation fee will be waived. Any processing fees will be deducted from the deposit immediately. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
