Upon entering the house, to the left is the fully equipped American open kitchen with a seating counter. A staircase leads down to the lower level of the terraced house, where there are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a large double bed 1.80 x 2.00 m with a large wardrobe and bedside tables. Another bedroom with a French bed 1.60 x 2.00 m and a third bedroom with 2 single beds offer space for a total of 6 people. In front of the bedrooms, there is a small private garden with sun loungers. In the lower area, there is a bathroom with a bathtub, toilet, and 2 washbasins. There is also an additional guest toilet on the lower level of the house. A washing machine is also available.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, and more. In the upper living area, there is a living room with satellite TV, offering international as well as German television programs. In the upper living area, there is a fourth small additional bedroom, a guest toilet, a storage room, and a covered terrace with a barbecue area and dining table. Free Wi-Fi is available.
A dreamlike communal pool, heated to about 26 degrees in winter with plenty of sun loungers, is just a few meters away from the house within the residential complex. In front of the house, there is a private parking space.

The tranquil holiday home is located in a residential complex with a heated communal pool in Playa Paraiso.
The coastal town of Playa Paraiso is situated in the sunny southwest of Costa Adeje, about 5 km from Playa de Las Americas. The southwest coast is considered the most reliably sunny area of the island in winter, which has made Playa Paraiso a popular holiday destination. There are many small shops, plenty of restaurants, a small beach, and a diving school in the town. In 2017, the Hard Rock Hotel also established itself here, and in the wellness facility next to the Hotel Riu Buena Vista, you can enjoy wonderful spa days.
