We require the guest to pay a downpayment of 30% for the total reservation. The Balearic Islands' Tax for Sustainable Tourism is included in your reservation. Please note if you arrive after 21:00h, there is a late check-in fee of 50€ Late check-in fee must be paid in cash upon check-in.
