Cancellation policy
There is no tenant protection (tenant is liable for damages incurred itself).
In case of withdrawal, the following cancellation fees apply:
• 20% of the total price from the conclusion of the contract and up to 60 days before the start of the journey
• From 59 to 30 days before departure 40% of the total price
• from 29 to 8 days before departure: 80% of the total price
• from 7 days before departure to not show: 100% of the total price.
The resignation must be in writing, the date of receipt is decisive. The customer has the opportunity to prove that a lesser or no damage was incurred.
We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

Holiday destination
The holiday house is situated on Costa Calma (calm coast), the narrowest place on Fuerteventura. Costa Calma is one of the most popular tourist towns, there are many shops, restaurants and leasure activities. Since La Torre (the tower), is situated on one of the best places on this coast section (only private resorts). The light-coloured sandy beach which begins here reaches almost until the end of the island in Morro Jable.

Wir kamen mit dem Mietwagen an, parkten auf der Straße direkt vor der Wohnung, dann gingen wir direkt in die sehr gut ausgestattet geräumige Wohnung und nahmen uns die von Herrn Neubert vorbereitete Flasche Wein zur Brust und genossen den Blick aufs Meer. So ähnlich war es jeden Tag: HERRLICH! Tagsüber waren wir allerdings am Meer: Entfernung von der Terrasse ca 70 Meter. Ich war mit meiner Freundin (50/46 Jahre) im Schlafzimmer 1, meine Eltern (82/78) in Schlafzimmer 2. Beide Parteien haben ein eigenes Badezimmer. Zwischen den Schlafzimmern liegt das tolle Wohnzimmer. Platz genug für alle. Sehr empfehlenswert. Lars Neubert ist pünktlich, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Danke für diesen wundervollen Jahreswechsel. ...wir packen schon wieder unsere Koffer für den dortigen nächsten Besuch :-)
