If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant for the same period who enters into the contract on the same terms, the following proportional rents (excluding final cleaning) are to be paid as compensation, taking into account the saved expenses:

Holiday destination
In the southern part of Dalmatia on the Makarska Riviera, amidst the Mediterranean nature, lies this holiday home. Two apartments are located on the ground floor of the house and can be rented together or separately. Both apartments are air-conditioned, making them ideal for families with and without children, friends, smaller groups, seniors, and couples. The house is nestled in an idyllic swimming bay directly on the first row by the sea, so that a large, natural swimming pool is practically at your doorstep. Beautiful, long dream beaches made of fine white pebbles are the hallmark of the town of Zaostrog. In front of the house, there is a Mediterranean-style garden with a large terrace equipped with tables and chairs for guests. Here you can read a good book, enjoy a glass of wine, watch the sunset, or simply listen to the sound of the sea. Sun loungers and umbrellas are provided for your use. The beach is also very suitable for children and non-swimmers. The hidden swimming bays with crystal clear water, where nudism is tolerated, are in the immediate vicinity. Solitude and closeness to nature are wonderfully combined.
The beach promenade starts right in front of the holiday home and invites you to take evening strolls, where you can enjoy the excellent Mediterranean cuisine or a glass of wine in one of the konobas, cafes, or restaurants along the sea.

Wir kommen dieses Jahr schon zum dritten Mal. Fantastische Unterkunft in der ersten Strandreihe. Alles schön möbliert, viel Stauraum, Küchen- und Badausstattung perfekt. Sehr nette und bemühte Gastgeber, die sich um jede Gelegenheit sofort bemühen. Noch dazu gibt es einen Garten, einen kleinen Bäcker direkt am Grund, Strandliegen, Sonnenschirme, herrliches Meer abseits des Ortszentrums... was will man mehr?
