Cancellation policy
The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee amounting to 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. If the cancellation is later, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversion, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.
If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not utilized, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly price as a flat rate according to the price list.
The guest always has the right – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that damage has not occurred or has not occurred to the extent calculated.
