The holiday apartment Casa Pergola is on the ground floor of a typical Rustico in Gera Lario. The large garden with a grapevine-covered pergola over the terrace is particularly beautiful. In the garden, there is ample space for playing, sunbathing, and relaxing. Inside the house, there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with windows, and either a shower or bathtub, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a well-equipped kitchen. The furniture and fittings are an interesting mix of charming pieces from the past and new items.
The combination fits well together and suits the character of the house. Children and a dog are warmly welcome. It's a great, affordable apartment for a relaxed family holiday. There is a parking space for your car on the property.

In the neighborhood, there are other private houses and gardens. The nearest beach is just 100m away on foot. There also starts a beautiful walking path right by the water. Gera Lario is a typical town on Lake Como with nice shops, a long beach, and many water sports opportunities. In the nearby bird sanctuary, you can also take guided tours.

The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee amounting to 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. If the cancellation is later, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversion, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.
If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not utilized, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly price as a flat rate according to the price list.
The guest always has the right – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that damage has not occurred or has not occurred to the extent calculated.
