Casa dei Sogni is a spacious house. On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a double bedroom and a fully equipped bathroom. You can take your meals comfortably on the terrace, from which you have a breathtaking view. On the lower floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two single beds, a fully equipped bathroom with washing machine and a comfortably furnished living room with satellite television.
The absolute highlight, however, is the private, large outdoor pool with a view of the lake. (May to early October - please ask about opening times)

There is a shuttle bus to the lake or you can reach great beaches in your own car.

The contract is valid immediately upon signature. The deposit will not be refunded without reason.
From 3 months before the start of the trip, 30% of the rental amount is due even in the event of cancellation. 4 weeks in advance the entire amount. If you have to cancel, we will try to find someone new. For every moment of cancellation, a percentage will be retained and, depending on the time that has passed, the remaining amount will be refunded. Remaining amounts can be refunded.
To avoid damage for both contractual partners, we strongly recommend travel cancellation insurance.
