From the climatic health resort of Poppenhausen you can start your excursions in the Rhön. While active holidaymakers can set off directly from the holiday flat for hikes towards Wasserkuppe, Milseburg, Steinwand and Guckaisee, culture lovers can enjoy a wonderful panorama on a hike along the art mile. Even connoisseurs won't miss out here: you'll find fine regional cuisine in the Fuldaer Haus, for example, which is only 5 km away.
