Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation, the tenant will receive the deposit back less an expense allowance of 10% of the apartment rent (days x rent) if another rental is possible.
Otherwise, the following rule applies:
Cancellation up to 6 weeks before the start of the rental period will be charged 25%, after that 75%, and from 10 days before the start of the rental period 100% of the rental amount as a cancellation fee. In the event of early departure or no-show, there is no entitlement to a refund.
