In the event of cancellation, Coquelicot will charge an expense allowance of 30% of the total rental amount up to 6 weeks before the date of occupancy and 100% of the total rental amount thereafter. If Coquelicot succeeds in renting out the property in the period initially booked by you after receipt of the notice of withdrawal, the expense allowance will be reduced to 50% in the latter case. These costs can be covered by travel cancellation insurance on request.
