The luxurious apartment Barcarola spans two levels and offers a special ambiance that provides the perfect setting for a successful holiday at Lake Como. The upper level of the apartment consists of a sun-drenched living space - all in white - with a suitably selected designer kitchen, a large balcony with an impressive lake view, and a bedroom with an adjoining chic bathroom. An internal staircase leads downstairs. There, you will find another bedroom with access to the garden, a second bathroom with a sauna, and the entrance to the pool area, the highlight of this apartment: guests have a private pool at their disposal surrounded by wooden decks, a Mediterranean-planted garden, and a sensational view of Lake Como. Here, guests can relax privately and enjoy the sun.
The equipment and furnishing are exclusive, all very bright and of modern design. In the living room, one wall is adorned with an original fresco by an artist from Verona, giving the room a special atmosphere. Other original artworks are a delight to the eye.
Guests can enjoy the sun on the balcony or find a shady spot in one of the private garden areas with wooden decks, which are accessible from the bedroom.
The apartment comes with a private parking spot. The building is accessed via stairs. For individuals with mobility impairments, strollers, etc., these stairs can be challenging. If in doubt, please inquire!! The sauna and pool are completely private.

From Sala Comacina, there are many beautiful excursions to places like Como, Argegno, Menaggio, Cernobbio... You can also take a boat to Isola Comacina.
The Barcarola Apartment is part of an architectural marvel: the building was designed by a Milanese architect who has also been successful at the EXPO. The location of the building right on Lake Como in the charming town of Sala Comacina, and therefore the lake view, is impressive. From Sala Comacina, you can plan many beautiful excursions by car or boat. Particularly lovely are Como, Menaggio, Lenno, and Bellagio.
Having a car is recommended, but you can also arrive by bus.

The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. In the event of a later cancellation, the cancellation fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.
If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not utilized, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly price as a flat rate according to the price list.
