Cancellation policy
We do not normally charge cancellation fees unless specifically agreed in writing in individual communication with a guest at the time of booking. We ask our guests to let us know as early as possible if, after a firm booking, something does come up and they are unable to arrive. In this case, we can usually rent out our Sun Lodge to someone else and forego the expense of down payments or cancellation fees. In addition, we assume that our guests only cancel for important reasons, for which we would then waive the cancellation costs as a gesture of goodwill.

Holiday destination
The village of Hochhausen lies directly on the Tauber river, ideal for hiking and cycling tours.
Bicycles and e-bikes can be rented from the bicycle dealer Esser, which is only 3 km away.
The gastronomy in Hochhausen and the neighbouring villages offers typical regional wine taverns, home-style cooking, beer gardens and Italian and Croatian cuisine.
Shopping facilities: Local shopping (approx. 800 m away) for daily needs, supermarkets E-Center, Lidl, Aldi and dm (approx. 4 km away).
Getting there
Coming from Frankfurt airport, take the A3 towards Nuremberg, at the Würzburg intersection take the A81 towards Stuttgart, exit at Tauberbischofsheim, take the B290 towards Tauberbischofsheim, after the gas station turn left and take the bridge over the Tauber, after the bridge turn right and at the next traffic light turn right again, always straight on past the shopping markets towards the Hochhausen district, approx. 5 km from the center of Tauberbischofsheim.

Diese Wohnung ist der Traum. Es hat NICHTS gefehlt. Ob Kaffeebohnen für den Saeco Vollautomaten, im Kühlschrank 1 Flasche Secco, Wasser, Milch und Apfelsaft. Eine große Weinbar (gegen Bezahlung natürlich), genügend Handtücher, Bademäntel und ganz vielen Kleinigkeiten, die in anderen Wohnungen oft fehlen. Selbst ein Thermomix ist vorhanden.
Mit dem Auto ist alles super zu erreichen und wir haben viel gesehen. Zu Fuß kann man den Biergarten gut erreichen. Leider hatte dieser nicht mehr auf, als wir dort waren.
Sehr zu empfehlen!!!!
