Cancellation policy
If you cancel your holiday booking, we will refund 100% of the costs if the period you booked is rebooked by another guest at the same price and completed. We will make every effort to secure another booking and notify you when this is the case.
If the previously booked period cannot be completed at the same price, the deposit will not be refunded.
If you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see if the reservation can be moved to another period in 2023 or 2024.
The deposit paid for this reservation would be used for the new booking.
We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance for your holiday.

Villa Teodora is located in the newly built, tranquil village of Presika, surrounded by nature. It is only 3 km away from the town of Labin, where you can find supermarkets (Lidl, Plodine), a bank, and a gas station.
Villa Teodora is an excellent starting point for tours around Istria, visiting wine roads, olive groves, and medieval towns.
During the summer in Istria, there are more than 1800 different tourist events and programs that you can enjoy.

Wir waren das erste mal mit Hund unterwegs, die Anreise zum Haus war etwas Abenteuerlich.
Der Weg zum Haus ist recht Schmal und erinnert ein wenig an Feldweg.
Am Haus wurden wir von Doriana empfangen und eingewiesen. Das Haus und auch das Grundstück sind Sauber und Gepflegt, es ist alles da was man braucht. Ein toller Pool und Sonnenliegen in guter Qualität. Einzig die Betten empfand ich als zu Hart, ist aber bei jedem anders. Doriana stand uns Telefonisch für alle Fragen zur Verfügung, wer einen ruhigen Urlaub Plant ist dort richtig, leider ist die Stadt zu Fuß etwas weit aber machbar, Ca. 30 min. Fußweg. Es gibt Strände in Rabac und auch in Sveta Marina, beides aber nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Ein Nachtleben gibt es in Labin eher nicht. Wir waren zufrieden und danken Doriana für die tolle Zeit.
