This holiday apartment is located in a quiet area in Cadzand-Bad, just a few minutes away from the center of Cadzand-Bad, with the beach and sea right behind it. The apartment has two bedrooms and is suitable for up to 4 people.
Layout:
Through the hall, you have access to the living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Through the patio doors, you have access to the terrace and the garden. Further down the hall is the bathroom with a bathtub and sink, and a separate toilet.
The bedrooms are accessible through the kitchen-living room. The master bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has two single beds. Both bedrooms have a sink. The washing machine is located in the storage room next to the apartment's entrance door.
The car can be parked in the driveway of the apartment. Bicycles can be stored in the garden.

This lovely apartment is located in the center of Cadzand-Bad, 400 meters away from the seafront promenade, just 600 meters from the beach and the sea, and 300 meters from the shopping passage. Cadzand-Bad is a modern seaside resort at the southern tip of the Netherlands in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. The resort is known for its spacious wide beaches, the shark teeth found there, and as the place in the Netherlands with the most hours of sunshine per year for sun worshipers.

From the sixth week before the rental start date to the second week before the rental start date, we will charge you 75%. From two weeks before the rental start date, we will charge 100%. In addition, you will also pay €25 in administrative fees. In the event of a cancellation on our part, any payments already made will be refunded. To avoid disputes, we recommend that the tenant take out cancellation insurance with an (travel) insurance company.
