The bright living room has a satellite TV and fireplace, where you can spend some nice evenings with your family. The well equipped kitchen has vitro ceramic and there is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board as well. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, both equipped with ceiling fans and closets. In case you need it, we can provide you a cot and highchair. The house has two bathrooms, one with a bath and the other with a shower. An air conditioning is installed in the hallway between the rooms. Apart from this, there are four fans. If you are visiting us in the winter we can provide four electric radiators.
The shared salt pool, sizing 8m x 4m and a depth of 1.3m to 1.8m is surrounded by a terrace with sunbeds, where you can enjoy the maximum of the good weather. On the first floor, the large terrace invites you to dream in the Caribbean hammock, perhaps accompanied by a cocktail. The terrace is furnished so you can have a nice dinner outside with your family. The building is shared with one neighbour and it's located in the town.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 30 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.

You can find the beach of Santa Ponsa at half a kilometre distance with fine sand. In the village you can find all the necessary facilities for an independent stay, supermarkets, bars, nightclubs and some good restaurants. If you like golf, there are two very good golf courses not far away,in Santa Ponsa and in Poniente. By car you can explore wonderful beaches, like Cala Fornells, Camp de Mar and the little cove of Sant Elm. From Sant Elm you can make a boat trip to the island of Dragonera, it used to be a military base, but today it is a protected natural area. In the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, you can make a cultural visit and see the famous Cathedral named La Seu, the castle of Bellver with his panoramic views over the bay of Palma and as well of the the picturesque old town.

If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below:
Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation.
Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee
If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.
