If a client wishes to cancel his booking he should immediately advise Homerti by calling and writing. In case a booking is cancelled by the guest, the agency will receive a cancellation fee as specified below: Cancellation earlier than 35 days before arrival: Free cancellation. Cancellation within 35 days before arrival: 100% of rental fee If the client decides to abandon the property after having checked in and before the rental contract has terminated, no refund of the paid rental fee will be made.

You can find the beach of Santa Ponsa at half a kilometre distance with fine sand. In the village you can find all the necessary facilities for an independent stay, supermarkets, bars, nightclubs and some good restaurants. If you like golf, there are two very good golf courses not far away,in Santa Ponsa and in Poniente. By car you can explore wonderful beaches, like Cala Fornells, Camp de Mar and the little cove of Sant Elm. From Sant Elm you can make a boat trip to the island of Dragonera, it used to be a military base, but today it is a protected natural area. In the island's capital, Palma de Mallorca, you can make a cultural visit and see the famous Cathedral named La Seu, the castle of Bellver with his panoramic views over the bay of Palma and as well of the the picturesque old town.
