The new development with villas of equal value is located not far from the centre of Plan-de-la-Tour (approx. 1 km) with all shops for daily needs and some good restaurants. The nearest large shopping centre is about 6 km away and the beaches of Sainte Maxim are about 15 minutes away by car.

Baustelle seit 4 Monaten in unmittelbarer Nähe, Lärm tagtäglich. Die Agentur hat es nicht gewusst, sagt sie! Die Agentur rühmt das neuerbaute Ferienhaus in nachbarschaftlich gleichwertiger Villenbebauung. Nicht erwähnt wird, dass die umliegenden Grundstücke fast alle noch nicht fertiggestellt sind. Außerdem sind dies keine Ferienhäuser, sie werden privat bewohnt, so dass die Restarbeiten und die Pflege der Gärten gern nach Feierabend oder am Wochenende mit motorbetriebenen Geräten durchgeführt wurden. Das "familienfreundliche" Umfeld sowie ein Fußballplatz in 100 m Entfernung hält die Agentur nicht für erwähnenswert. TV nur französisch.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Sehr guter Ausgangsstandort für tolle Rennradtouren. Gute Möglichkeiten vor Ort für ausgedehnte Runden mit dem Hund. Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen. Es fehlen einzig ein paar deutsche Sender am TV, aber durch das sehr gute WLAN kann man hervorragend Streaming Dienste über ein Notebook oder Tablett abrufen. Fazit: sehr gerne wieder.
