This tastefully decorated villa on a hillside offers a wonderful view of Grimaud Castle and the surrounding countryside.
The villa has been completely repainted inside after a recent change of ownership and the bathrooms have been completely modernised to a new standard! The living space is approximately 130 m² for 8 people. In detail there is a spacious living/dining area with fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and completely redesigned bathrooms. On the hillside plot of approx. 2.300 m² you will find very nice terrace areas with seating groups as well as a swimming pool (8 x 4 m) with appropriate sunbeds and parasols.
The terrace areas were replaced in winter 2019/2020 by a smooth light-coloured natural stone and the stairs to the pool were also renewed.

The property is within walking distance of the medieval village of Grimaud. There are numerous excellent restaurants, bistros and galleries in a unique and original atmosphere. In addition, Grimaud-Village offers spectacular views from many points into the bay of St. Tropez.
The coast/beaches can be reached in a few minutes without traffic jams via the very well developed country road D558, which meets Port Grimaud directly.
