Cancellation policy
The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price is due. If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g., for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.
If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged minus services not utilized, provided these are not included in the daily or weekly rate as a flat rate according to the price list.
The guest is always free – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that no damage has occurred or not in the amount calculated.

The town has a small beach, while the neighboring towns of Dongo or Pianello del Lario are not far away and have larger beach areas. Shops, bus stops, boat docks, restaurants, etc. are quickly accessible.
Holiday destination
Casa Miralago is located in Musso, in a slightly elevated, sunny position with a view. Therefore, from the house, you can enjoy this wonderful view. In the neighborhood, there are other private homes, some of which are also used as holiday rentals. The location is quiet but not isolated. It's just under a 5-minute drive to the town and the beach. Musso has a small beach and a boat dock. From there, ferries travel across the entire lake.
