Cancellation policy
The guest may cancel the contract at any time before the start of the occupancy. If the cancellation occurs up to 61 days before the start of the trip, a cancellation fee of 20% of the rental price will be charged. If the cancellation is made between 60 and 31 days before the start of the trip, the cancellation fee is 50% of the rental price. For a later cancellation, the fee is 90% of the rental price. In the case of goodwill arrangements (e.g. for short-term rebookings, voucher conversions, etc.), different cancellation rates apply.
If the trip is not commenced, the entire rental price will be charged, minus services not utilized, provided that these are not included in the daily or weekly price as a flat rate according to the price list.
The guest always has the right – even when calculating the flat-rate cancellation compensation – to prove that no damage has occurred or that it has not occurred to the extent calculated.

The holiday apartment is set back in the rear part of the 1st floor of the Palazzo, which was built at the beginning of the 20th century in a central location on the main street of the small town of Blevio and was very elaborately restored and divided into 4 apartments a few years ago.
