A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to secure the apartment. We reserve the right to re-let the accommodation if the 30% deposit is not paid within 7 days of booking. For bookings of eight weeks or less of arrival date, full payment
is required.

For cancellation within 8 weeks of departure the client remains liable for the following charges: 42 - 55 days: 60%.29 - 41 days: 70%. 22 - 28 days: 90%. 0 - 21 days: 100%. Cancellation notification is required in writing by post or by e-mail.

The villa is located close to the Gran Folies beach club of Cala Llamp and the variety of cafes and restaurants in Puerto de Andratx are only a short car drive away.
There are a variety of water sports including, diving, snorkelling, yacht charter, there are plentiful golf courses within a 10 -15 minute drive, the nearest is Golf De Andratx, in Camp De Mar.
You will be spoilt for choice with beaches, Puerto De Andratx beach is small, you have larger beaches within a 10-15 minute drive.

We loved the villa, it truly felt like a home from home. The views are great and the rooms and decor very comfortable. We particularly liked the fact that there are many different areas and levels to sit outside. The area immediately around the pool is not huge, but was adequate for our needs. The location in Cala Llamp is great, close to the beach club but still very quiet. It was easy to get into town. We walked a couple of times (15-20 minutes) but it is quite steep down, so we then went with taxis, which were easy, plentiful and cheap.

We enjoyed 10 days at Villa Sirviola with our family spanning 3 generations. The villa was spacious and comfortable. The location allowed us to enjoy numerous activities, all within a 30 minute radius. Being away from a town center, the evenings were quiet and peaceful. There was a magical view of the sea and the surrounding cliffs.
