The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to the 91st day before arrival, a flat fee of Euro 40.
From the 90th to the 61st day before arrival, 20% of the total price.
From the 60th to the 31st day before arrival, 50% of the total price.
From 30 days before arrival and in case of no-show, 90% of the total price.
In the event of a travel warning from the Foreign Office or an entry restriction by the Italian government for the period you have booked, you can cancel free of charge, with only a flat fee of Euro 40 being charged.

Holiday destination
The estate is located near Montaione, northwest of San Gimignano. Here, in the heart of the triangle of cities Florence-Pisa-Siena, you will find the typical Tuscan landscape with gentle hills, cypresses, picturesque olive groves, and vineyards.
There are many excursion possibilities, for example to San Gimignano and Volterra (about 30 minutes by car) and to Florence, Pisa, and Siena (about 60 minutes).
The area is well-suited for hiking and tours with e-bikes.
Within walking distance (about 1km), there is a small mom-and-pop store for daily necessities. In the evenings, you can enjoy wonderful wood-fired pizza here.
Getting there
Upon booking, you will receive detailed driving directions for arriving by car. There are ample parking spaces available on the premises.
The nearest airports are Pisa or Florence. There you will find international car rental services (driving time to the estate is about one hour).

Wir hatten einer super Aufenthalt in unserer Ferienwohnung MAGNOLIA. Das Personal ist super nett und sehr herzlich. Das Einzige was ergänzt werden könnte, sind Wein-, Schnaps und Biergläser. Touren und Ausflüge sollte man sich möglichst schon im Vorfeld zusammen stellen, da selbst durch W-LAN sehr schlechter Empfang ist. Alles im Ganzen, war es für uns ein gelungener Urlaub
