The estate is located near Montaione, northwest of San Gimignano. Here, in the heart of the Florence-Pisa-Siena triangle, you will find the typical Tuscan landscape with gentle hills, cypress trees, picturesque olive groves, and vineyards.
There are many excursion options, for example to San Gimignano and Volterra (about 30 minutes drive) and to Florence, Pisa, and Siena (about 60 minutes).
The area is well suited for hiking and tours with e-bikes.
Within walking distance (about 1km) there is a small mom-and-pop store for daily needs. In the evening, they serve wonderful wood-fired pizza.
Upon booking, you will receive detailed driving directions for arriving by car. There are ample parking spaces available on the premises.
The nearest airports are Pisa or Florence. There, international car rental services are available (driving time to the estate is about one hour).

The following cancellation conditions apply:
Up to the 91st day before arrival, a flat fee of EUR 40.
From the 90th to the 61st day before arrival, 20% of the total price.
From the 60th to the 31st day before arrival, 50% of the total price.
From 30 days before arrival and in case of no-show, 90% of the total price.
In the event of a travel warning from the Foreign Office or an entry restriction by the Italian government for the period you have booked, you can cancel free of charge, with only a flat fee of EUR 40 being charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, and we are also happy to provide individual advice!
