Cancellation policy
The tenant has the right to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of such a withdrawal, the landlord will claim a cancellation fee as follows:
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival 20% of the rental price
Cancellation from 4 weeks before arrival 80% of the rental price
Cancellation up to 7 days after booking is free of charge, unless it is a short-term booking (arrival in less than 4 weeks).
Should there be a cancellation in the case of an accommodation ban or an occupancy restriction, the rental price will be reimbursed in full.

The nature and holiday region of Diemelsee is located in the dreamlike idyll of the North Hessian mountainous region on the edge of the beautiful Sauerland and not far from the tourist strongholds of Willingen and Winterberg. Both the apartment and the surrounding area invite you to take a deep breath and relax and are therefore the ideal starting point for a family holiday around the Diemelsee at any time of the year! Tobogganing, skiing, hiking, cycling, fishing or various activities on the lake – there is definitely something for everyone here.
Getting there
If you wish to travel by train, there are convenient bus connections and shared taxi (AST) service from the Kohrbach, Willingen or Marsberg train stations. The Diemelsee holiday region can be reached within 15 minutes by public transport.
The nearest train stations are in Willingen (approx. 15 km) and Korbach (approx. 18 km).

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und ich war bisher noch nie in einer so guten und umfangreich ausgestatteten und kinderfreundlichen Ferienwohnung - besonderes Highlight ist natürlich die Sauna. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist perfekt eingerichtet, man findet alles und auch Dinge, wo man nicht wusste, dass man sie braucht. Absolutes Highlight waren für uns die Sauna und für unsere Kinder die große Menge an Spielzeug. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
