The family-friendly 74-square-metre apartment is on the ground floor of the 6-apartment building house and has its own entrance, a terrace and a bathroom with sauna. It is furnished with great attention to detail, high quality and tasteful, ideal for a holiday with friends or family. For 4 people + baby/toddler, the VINKENNEST AM DIEMELSEE comes with an additional travel cot and a highchair as standard, as well as a SmartTV, a music system, WiFi and a comfortable seating area in the spacious living/dining space with open kitchen and electric fireplace. In addition to all the important cooking utensils, there is a kettle and a coffee machine in the kitchen. Painting and handicrafts, various games, Lego, books and DVDs are also available.
The floor-to-ceiling windows give direct access to the terrace, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the entire holiday village and Lake Diemelsee.
In addition to a large, floor-level shower and a sauna, the bathroom also offers changing facilities and, if required, a washing machine. Hairdryer, hair straightener and potty and toilet seat for the youngest guests are also available.

The Diemelsee region can be easily reached by car via the A44 and A33 federal motorways; from here it is only a few minutes' drive to the apartment. You will find the next train connection in Marsberg-Bredelar, approx. 9 km away.

The tenant has the right to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of such a withdrawal, the landlord will claim a cancellation fee as follows:
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival 20% of the rental price
Cancellation from 4 weeks before arrival 80% of the rental price
Cancellation up to 7 days after booking is free of charge, unless it is a short-term booking (arrival in less than 4 weeks).
Should there be a cancellation in the case of an accommodation ban or an occupancy restriction, the rental price will be reimbursed in full.
