We offer for holiday rental this spacious villa, very nicely located, in the beautiful domaine "Le Grand Duc"; a luxury and 24/7 secure domaine of approximately 100 hectares. There are various sports facilities including a gym, tennis court, 2 x 18-hole golf courses, a 9-hole golf course "Old Course" and "Barbossi Golf"; the former "Riviera Golf". Furthermore just below the building a beautiful and peacefully located overflow swimming pool with a fantastic sea view. Pool-heating is available at request.
The villa has an entrance at 2 sides; we follow the lower entrance situated at a dead end street.
Parking space for 2 or 3 cars; gate to the garden with various terraces and the secluded (removable gate) overflow swimming pool. The lay-out of the villa: entrance hall with guest toilet and through the hallway a, connection to the modern and beautiful designed living kitchen with all appliances, coffee corner and and a hide second kitchen area with storage room, an extra freezer, washing machine and dryer. There is a connection to the large terrace with outdoor dining table, outdoor kitchen and an outdoor salon.
Through the kitchen, stairs leads to the bright living area, again with doors to the side and second large terrace, again with great sea-view.
The living has a lounge with large tv-set and and a dining area. The 4 bedrooms are situated over 3 floors, Through the hallway the masterbedroom is to be reached with large sliding doors to the front terrace. There is a connected luxury bathroom with bathtub, washbasin furniture and private toilet. The second bedroom is situated at the upper floor; again with a private bathroom and dors to a private terrace with great view.
Bedroom 3 and 4 are situated at the lowest level; the same level as the garden and poolarea. Bedroom 3 has 2 queen size beds and bedroom 4 has 2 singe beds. Both bedrooms have acces to the garden and share the 3rd bathroom with shower, double washbasin and separate toilet.
The villa is fully equipped with an integrated air conditioning system.
In the high season you can only reserve this villa with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on Saturday. Outside the high season other arrival and departure days are possible with a minimum stay of 3 nights.

The location, at the Bay of Mandelieu / Cannes, is a few minutes from the beaches and the port of La Napoule, the center of Mandelieu with all shops and restaurants and access to the A-8 to Cannes (10 min), Nice airport (20 minutes) and Monte Carlo (30 minutes).
In the high season you can only reserve this accommodation with a minimum stay of 1 week; arrival and departure on Saturday. Outside the high season we accept reservations with a minimum stay of 3 nights and are other arrival and departure days possible.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellation of the already confirmed booking, the following percentages apply :
1. Cancellation up to the 8 weeks before arrival: 50% of the rent.
2. Cancellation within 8 weeks before arrival, the full rent.
3. On early termination of the stay, the full rent.
In the event of cancellation, the caution/bond and tourist tax (if any) already paid will always be refunded.
Pool-Heating: € 21,50 per night
Arrival and departure in high-season is Saturday
Caution / bond: € 1000 euro
Tourist tax: € 5.36 p.p.p.n.
