Cancellation policy
The Tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be made in writing. In case of withdrawal, the Tenant must reimburse the Landlord for damage in the following amounts: • In case of withdrawal within 60 days before the beginning of the stay, 30% of the total price, • In case of withdrawal between the 59th and the 30th day before the beginning of the stay, 50 % of the total price, • In case of withdrawal between the 29th day and the day before the beginning of the stay, 80 % of the total price. In any case, the legally valid date will be that in which the withdrawal was notified. Amounts already paid will be taken into account. A replacement person may be indicated, who will enter into the conditions of the contract. To this end, notice in writing will be sufficient.

Holiday destination
The quiet residential area in Campofelice di Roccella, where the vacation home is located, is well supplied with all necessities. Supermarkets, restaurants, and beach bars (lidos) can be reached in a few minutes. The location of the vacation home in Sicily is strategically very convenient, because you can reach the most famous tourist places in Sicily in a short time. The most beautiful places in the area are Cefalù, the National Park of the Madonie, Santo Stefano di Camastra and of course Palermo and Mondello.
Getting there
We recommend the airport of Palermo, which is only 89 km away. Alternatively, you can use the airport of Catania, which is 167 km away. Take the freeway exit Campofelice di Roccella. From the exit, it will take you only about 10 minutes to reach the vacation home via the SS113 road in the direction of Messina.
