The vacation apartment at La Tonnara Oliveri Resort is ideally located on the north coast of Sicily. Just a few hundred meters away is the Laghetti di Marinello nature reserve, with one of the most spectacular beaches in Sicily. Coming from Messina, Catania or Palermo, take the A20 highway (Messina-Palermo) and exit at Falcone. After the toll station, take the SS113 heading west (Palermo) and after a few hundred meters turn right towards Oliveri. Follow the road until you reach the resort La Tonnara Oliveri.

The customer has the option of withdrawing from the contract at any time before the start of occupancy. The withdrawal must be made in writing. In the event of such a withdrawal, compensation will be claimed:
- 30% of the total price in the event of withdrawal up to 60 days before the start of occupancy.
- 50% of the total price in the event of withdrawal from the 59th to 30th day before the start of occupancy.
- 80% of the total price in the event of withdrawal from the 29th to the 1st day before the start of occupancy.
If the booked property is not occupied without an express declaration of withdrawal, the customer remains obliged to pay the total price.
A later arrival and/or earlier departure does not entitle the customer to a refund.
The customer has the right to provide a substitute participant who will take over the booked services in full.
