Cancellation policy
In order to confirm the reservation, 30% advance payment is required. The balance is due 35 days before arrival. In case of cancellation until 35 days before arrival, the Agency will refund the full amount paid in advance within 7 working days. Otherwise, the advance payment is not refundable in case of cancellation.
If the guest cancels the reservation 34 days before the day of using the service, the guest is charged 100% of the total price of the reservation, i.e., the Agency has no obligation to refund the paid amount of the accommodation price.

Holiday destination
The villa is situated in the little village Bajčići, that administratively belongs to Malinska, one of the tourist centers on the island Krk. It used to be a village of farmers and herders, and today it started to develop the luxury rural tourism, as a balance to the modern beachfront villas typical for the entire Croatian coast. Due to its high elevation, the village offers wonderful sea views, even though it is over 5 kilometers away from the Adriatic.
