This large vacation home is ideal for a family vacation in Sicily by the sea with up to twelve people. Since the vacation home consists of two separate apartments, it is therefore highly recommended for two families who want to spend their vacations together in Sicily.The advantages of this vacation home are the beautiful sea view and the close location to the beach. The furniture is comfortable and leaves hardly anything to be desired. Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV and two washing machines are at your disposal.Enjoy your vacations on one of the large terraces overlooking the sea. The sound of the sea and the warm rays of the sun are very relaxing. Pets are welcome guests and are very welcome.

The quiet location of the vacation home on the east coast of Sicily between the volcano Etna and the sea is really sensational. The distances here are short. For example, the beach is only about 60 meters away. Worth seeing city trips can be made to the picturesque Taormina (35 km) or to the big city Catania (31 km). For nature lovers, we propose the Gorges of Alcantara (33 km). Acireale, the carnival stronghold and cradle of the Sicilian puppet theater, is also highly recommended.
We recommend the airport of Catania, which is only 47 km away. From here continue in the direction of Messina until the exit Giarre.

The Tenant may withdraw from the contract at any time. Withdrawal must be made in writing. In case of withdrawal, the Tenant must reimburse the Landlord for damage in the following amounts:
• In case of withdrawal within 60 days before the beginning of the stay, 30% of the total price,
• In case of withdrawal between the 59th and the 30th day before the beginning of the stay, 50 % of the total price,
• In case of withdrawal between the 29th day and the day before the beginning of the stay, 80 % of the total price.
In any case, the legally valid date will be that in which the withdrawal was notified. Amounts already paid will be taken into account. A replacement person may be indicated, who will enter into the conditions of the contract. To this end, notice in writing will be sufficient.
