This group accommodation is located 50 meters from the Oosterschelde and has a spacious layout which offers a lot of comfort. The accommodation, built in a national monumental farmhouse, is surrounded by a lot of space and has a large terrace. Next to the terrace and the garden, this holiday home has a playground of no less than 1 hectare with several playing facilities. The accommodation is suited for a maximum of 56 people, spread over 14 rooms. Divided over two floors there are 14 rooms in total, each with their own bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet). One room on the ground floor is built for people with a disability and offers the corresponding facilities. You will also find a separate toilet for people with a disability in the hall on the ground floor. Near the main entrance next to the communal area you will find the other toilets (2 ladies and 2 gents), and you will also find a changing room for babies here. As part of the group accommodation a new building was realized in the same style as that of the farmhouse. This building can be used as conference and/or training locations and has a capacity of about 30 people. This building offers separate toilets, a kitchen and a terrace near a large pond. Furthermore, a golfing course with 18 holes can be found 5 kilometers from the accommodation. In Wemeldinge's marina you will find many possibilities for renting sailing boats, with or without skipper.
