Our stunning Cases D' Alcuidarrom is located near Vilafranca de Bonany in the heart of the island.
This property was an old historical building which has now been completely renovated and restored into a large luxury estate with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The renovation was just completed in June 2017. The finca accommodates 12 people plus a baby, with additional bedding options available. The owners have renovated it with great taste so that the finca retains its Mallorcan charm; therefore, they have adorned the interior walls with typical natural stone, as well as the exterior facade.
As soon as you enter the property, you can feel how spacious the whole house is. There is the large living room with satellite TV and internet. The beautiful living room is the only room in the house that is not air-conditioned, yet it is decorated with natural stone and is very well insulated, making it quite cool in the summer. From here you also have access to the downstairs guest WC. On the ground floor, there is also the kitchen, dining room, and one of the total of 6 bedrooms.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday, such as an oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes, etc. The dining room is located after the living room on the way to the kitchen and seats 12 people, with the possibility to add more chairs; a high chair for children is also available. On the first floor, there is a large terrace with a view over the island, perfect for relaxing, as well as the other 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. All are located along the same hallway. Two of the bedrooms have a double bed and the others have two single beds each, which can be joined together or separated; all have air conditioning and the bathrooms have walk-in showers.
In front of the main entrance, there is a large terrace with dining tables for over 12 people, right next to the barbecue area. In the outdoor area, you have your private infinity pool with panoramic views. Here you can enjoy your holiday to the fullest! On the ground floor of the house, there is a pool table.

Our lovely finca is peacefully situated in the countryside near Vilafranca. The road to the house has been newly paved in 2019. The nearest restaurants are just 1km away, such as Es Cruce, offering typical Mallorcan cuisine. The nearest shopping options can be found in Vilafranca or Petra (only small supermarkets for essentials), but you can also drive to Manacor where there are large supermarkets like Lidl, Eroski Syp, Mercadona, Aldi, Müller, etc. The nearest beach is in Porto Cristo, Can Picafort, or Portocolom, all approximately 27km away (Portocolom only 25km).

Section 4 Cancellation and Termination of Stay
If the tenant cancels the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a substitute tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, and if re-renting is not possible, the deposit will be retained and the following pro-rated rents are to be paid as compensation:
Cancellation:
- up to 90 days before the start of the rental: 30% of the rental price
- up to 60 days before the start of the rental: 55% of the rental price
- up to 30 days before the start of the rental: 75% of the rental price
- from 29 days before the start of the rental: 100% of the rental price
- in case of no-show without cancellation: 100% of the rental price
The landlord will attempt to re-rent the property.
The tenant can prove at any time that the landlord's damage is less.
If the tenant terminates the stay prematurely, they remain obligated to pay the full rental price.
A cancellation or termination can only be made in writing. The decisive factor is the date of receipt of the declaration by the landlord.
In the event of cancellation before the start of the rental, a processing fee of 100 € will be charged in any case, which may be offset against the deposit.
It is strongly recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance.
