The rustic house is spacious with a total of 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, from 2020 also air-conditioned. The bright living-dining room is functionally furnished with SAT-TV, WLAN and with direct passage to the beautiful terrace. On the first floor are two of the five bedrooms. On the second floor then the remaining three bedrooms and a large balcony. The house has a total of three bathrooms, all with bathtub. The nice kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.
The highlight of the house is the garden! A 9 meter x 5 meter pool with plenty of sunbeds, a large 70 sqm pool terrace, two other terraces with seating. Finca Sa Font D'Alt is located in the immediate vicinity of Artà. Artà is a small and charming village in the east of the island, with many restaurants, bars and shopping.
