The villa offers very attractive terrace areas with appealing furniture. There is a large dining table on the covered terrace overlooking the swimming pool, which also features a sophisticated summer kitchen. A few steps lead from the covered terrace to the pool area with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool measures 7 x 3 m with a depth of about 1.60 m. The property is approximately 1,500 m² in size and is accessed through an electric gate.
