The well-maintained holiday apartment SP3 is located on the fourth and top floor (without elevator) of a multi-family house in a quiet location right on the beach of Seignosse-le-Penon.
The apartment, with approximately 40 m2 of living space, is neat and functionally furnished. The charming living and dining room consists of a dining table with chairs, a couch, a chest of drawers, and a TV. From here, you have access to the spacious balcony with a beautiful view of the greenery and the dunes.
The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, an oven, a refrigerator, a toaster, and a coffee machine. A washing machine is also available.
There is a bedroom with a large French bed (140 cm wide), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a bedside table, and a reading lamp. In addition, on the (open to the living room) mezzanine, there is another large French bed.
The bathroom was renovated in 2016. It is equipped with a sink, a large, barrier-free shower, and a toilet.
The 14 m2 balcony faces southwest. With a retractable awning and garden furniture, it invites you to dine outdoors.
A supermarket, a laundry, the weekly market, and the water park of Seignosse-le-Penon are located approximately 500 m away.

Seignosse is one of the most versatile places in southern Aquitaine, as it is composed of completely different districts, each with its own unique charm. Along the beach, stretching 5 km, the colorful and lively districts of Le Penon, Les Bourdaines, Le Fourneuf, and Les Estagnots line up one after the other, while in the established district of Seignosse-Bourg, you feel like you're in a village in the countryside. Nestled in the pine forest, one of France's most beautiful golf courses is found in between.
The beach in Seignosse is particularly wide, gently sloping, and has especially fine sand. This makes it not only a favorite among families with children but also with surfers from all over the world, for whom Seignosse is one of the top surf spots in Europe. Accordingly, there is a wide selection of surf schools. Since the sparse development only reaches up to the dunes, you can enjoy the wild beauty of an intact nature. Following the northernmost of the five guarded beaches, Les Casernes, there is an extensive nudist area.
In Le Penon, the needs of all age groups are met: children and teenagers let off steam in the 2,800 m2 outdoor pool with water slides, beach volleyball courts, and playgrounds, while parents stroll through the large market under the pines and sample the culinary delights of the region. In addition to tennis courts, kids' clubs, cinemas, and discos, there are of course many restaurants of various price ranges and cool beach bars on the dune for the perfect sundowner with your feet in the sand.
Behind the coastal strip, there are extensive pine forests with a 40 km network of well-marked forest trails and paths for hiking, jogging, walking, and mountain biking. The internationally renowned golf course stretches over a 70 ha large, very challenging, hilly 18-hole course.
In the district of Seignosse-Bourg, 6 km from the coast, it feels almost like another world. Here, nature lovers and those seeking peace and quiet get their money's worth. Enjoy the expansive view on a quiet morning in the Etang Noir nature reserve. A narrow wooden footbridge through lush vegetation leads to the shore of the lake, which is home to a variety of rare animal and plant species. The neighboring freshwater lake Etang Blanc is considered a paradise for anglers and, with its shade-giving pines and cork oaks, is ideal for children to swim in.
Take advantage of your stay in Seignosse to make a detour to the Pyrenees, the Basque Country, or to the highest sand dune in Europe, the Dune du Pilat.
