Cancellation policy
If you, as the renter of the holiday property, cancel the contract, the landlord is entitled to a compensation payment, which is standardized as a percentage of the total price, based on the time of the customer's cancellation:
- up to the 50th day before the start of occupancy: 30%
- from the 49th to the 30th day before the start of occupancy: 50%
- from the 29th day before the start of occupancy: 90%
These cancellation rates do not apply to pandemic-related cancellations: If your arrival is legally prohibited due to border closures, travel or accommodation bans, you can of course rebook free of charge or cancel the booking.

Holiday destination
The beach can be reached in about 10 minutes by bike via a bike path that runs just 100 m from the house. A large supermarket, a very good bakery, a butcher, and a wine shop, as well as the train station, are each about 800 m away. The highly recommended petting zoo of Labenne, which is great for younger children, is only about 1.5 km away.

In einem ruhigen Wohngebiet gelegen, bietet das moderne, gut ausgestattete Haus die perfekten Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub.
Drei Schlafzimmer mit guten Betten, ein großer Wohn-, Koch-, Essbereich mit einer perfekt ausgestatteten Küche, Terrasse mit großem Gartengelände, Grill inklusive.
Der schöne, weitläufige Strand ist ca. 4 km entfernt, Fahrräder können gegen Extragebühr ausgeliehen werden, vier Bäckereien und ein großer Supermarkt sind fahrradläufig gut erreichbar.
Der Vermittler Herr Steffen Bell von "Bell-Vacances" ist ein zuvorkommender, freundlicher und äußerst zuverlässiger Partner, der darüber hinaus auf seiner Website noch viele nützliche Informationen zur Region zusammengetragen hat.
