In the event of cancellation of the booking, the tenant undertakes to pay the landlord 20% up to 2 months before the start of the rental period. If the booking is canceled up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period, the tenant undertakes to pay the landlord 50% of the total price. In the event of cancellation 14 days before the start of the rental period, the tenant undertakes to pay the landlord 80% of the total price. We recommend you get travel cancellation insurance.

Brenner - Modena motorway: Rovereto Sud/Lago di Garda Nord exit
Direction Riva del Garda and Limone
Drive through Riva del Garda and Limone
Pass the Campione and Tremosine exits
Turn right up towards Tignale
Follow the winding road straight ahead until you reach the town of Oldesio
After about 500 m, turn right onto Via Unità d'Italia (there is a bus stop on the left)
After approx. 100 m the property is on the right after a parking space.
